TEACHING PHASE 2 - INNOVATIVE WORK

Innovative work is the process of developing new ideas or improving existing ones to address workplace challenges. It can involve creating new products, processes, or strategies. 

Why is innovation important? 

*Innovative ideas can transform the way people think and operate
*They can introduce new customers to the market
*They can help organizations adapt to change

Tenses in English grammar indicate when an action takes place, whether it is ongoing, or if it is anticipated. I used a model of tenses which made easier to understand and it helps to simplify the topic.

What does innovative work involve? 

Identifying needs: Recognizing when there's a need for improvement
Using creativity: Coming up with solutions using logic, reason, and creativity
Collaborating: Working with others to exchange ideas and perspectives
Building tools: Creating products or tools that add value to the workplace
Improving processes: Streamlining processes to increase efficiency

ICT PHASE 2

An ICT lesson plan is a structured teaching plan that incorporates Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools like computers, software, and online platforms to enhance student learning, often including specific objectives related to digital literacy, using various applications, and navigating online resources, all while aligning with the curriculum subject matter; essentially, it's a lesson plan designed to teach students how to use technology effectively for educational purposes.  In my 2nd phase of teaching practice i took ICT lesson plan for the chapter ' The school for sympathy ' which was for 8th standard students from the unit 5, share and care, it was my 19th lesson plan in this phase.
