Innovative work is the process of developing new ideas or improving existing ones to address workplace challenges. It can involve creating new products, processes, or strategies.
Why is innovation important?

*They can help organizations adapt to change
Tenses in English grammar indicate when an action takes place, whether it is ongoing, or if it is anticipated. I used a model of tenses which made easier to understand and it helps to simplify the topic.
What does innovative work involve?
Identifying needs: Recognizing when there's a need for improvement
Using creativity: Coming up with solutions using logic, reason, and creativity
Collaborating: Working with others to exchange ideas and perspectives
Building tools: Creating products or tools that add value to the workplace
Improving processes: Streamlining processes to increase efficiency
